Lightweight Ti faces are used to make the rest of the club heavier this allows weight to be placed around the extreme perimeter of the club head. In irons #3 #4 and #5 a tungsten cartridge is placed low and deep in the club head to optimise launch angle. Irons #6 #7 and #8 replace the tungsten weight with a slightly lighter oil bag this slightly raises the centre of gravity providing the optimum launch angle. Finally the #9 and PW are fully cast out of stainless steel to provide the optimum weight ratio on shorter shots. The patent surrounds the ID Technology (Impact Damper) which absorbs the impact from the face while striking the golf ball. Existing weight plugs in the golf market are mostly made of tungsten alloy and have limited damping effect. Our IDT (Impact Damper Technology) both reduces the centre of gravity and maximises absorption of impact when striking the ball. This will produce a soft feel but wont sacrifice distance due to the Hi C.O.R titanium face.
