R9 DriverThe Taylormade R9 Driver boasts a removable shaft -that is adjustable - to suit your golf swing or required ball flight. With the included Torque Wrench one can adjust the club-face angle to shape your golf shot as required.The R9 driver is engineered to promote trajectories that are increasingly higher long-carrying which move from right-to-left increasingly lower more controllable and which move from left-to-right or which are neutral with relatively straight flight at mid-level height.Inverted Cone Technology (ICT)TaylorMades renowned Inverted Cone clubface technology is incorporated in R9 Driver that delivers high ball speed by expanding the area of the clubface. Characterised by an inverted cone thats milled directly onto the inner side of the clubface ICT increases the R9s forgiveness on mis-hits. The combination of the R9 drivers ICT high MOI exceedingly low CG makes it incredibly easy to hit. Ultra-Thin Wall Technology with New Classic Club head ShapeWith the merger of modern classic lines incredible effectiveness the R9 driver features a new club head shape. With a triangular shape with beautifully contoured corners it is best described as a cross between the r7 SuperQuad the r7 Limited. The R9 club head is constructed with the aid of TaylorMades Ultra-Thin Wall (UTW) technology which allows for club head walls measuring as thin as 0.6 millimeters with the saved weight redistributed to make both MWT the low-and-deep CG possible.
